PLEASE NOTE: Special group rates may be offered, subject to availability, several days pre and post the conference. HOWEVER, keep in mind the that the main conference days are Tuesday, September 15th and Wednesday, September 16th. AS SUCH, YOU WILL WANT TO PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL DAY TO BE NO LATER THAN MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14th TO ENSURE YOU CAN MAKE THE FIRST SESSIONS THE NEXT MORNING.
It is strongly encouraged that reservations be made as early as possible as there is no guarantee that the room block will not fill up earlier than the cutoff date. At the time of your reservation, Caesars will charge a one-night, fully refundable, deposit to your credit card. Caesars will issue full refunds for individual room reservations canceled up to 72 hours in advance of arrival date.
