Discounts
- AMA members are eligible for an additional 10% discount off the current rate. Please enter a valid AMA membership number when registering.
- Qualified Government, Non-profit, or Academic professionals may receive a 25% discount off the current rate. Please call 800-707-0477 to speak with a customer service representative.
- Group discounts are available in the amount of 15% for 3-6 people attending from the same company (calculated automatically during online registration) and 20% for 7 or more people (please call 800-707-0477 to speak with a customer service representative). Group discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
Cancellation Policy
If you have registered under a special promotion (such as the "BMC Flight Credit" promotion) please see the *Special Cancellation Policy located below the Normal Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel for any reason, please inform ManageCamp Inc., IN WRITING, before September 2nd, 2011 and a credit voucher for the full amount will be issued. If you prefer, a refund, less a $495 non-refundable deposit will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received on or after September 2nd, 2011. This cancellation policy applies to all registrants (other than those who registered under a special promotion who are covered by a special cancellation policy located below), regardless of method of payment, and takes effect at the time of registration.
Substitutions may be made at any time. Please ensure you have entered any applicable discount codes prior to completing registration. No discounts can be applied after registration is complete. No two discounts can be combined. If, for any reason, ManageCamp Inc. decides to cancel this conference, any registration fees paid will be promptly returned. However, ManageCamp Inc. does not accept responsibility for covering airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the registrants. Program content subject to change without notice.

Due to the nature of this promotion, a special cancellation policy will apply for registered attendees who take advantage of this offer. Specifically, any cancellation of your BMC2011 registration for any reason between the date of registration and September 2, 2011 will result in a forfeiture of a $895 non-refundable deposit.
Should you need to cancel for any reason, please inform ManageCamp Inc., IN WRITING, before September 2nd, 2011 and the difference between the non-refundable deposit and your registration fee may be returned as a refund or deferred as a credit to be used on a future ManageCamp event (your choice). Cancellations made after September 2nd, 2011 will not be eligible for any refunds or credits. Registration substitutions may be made at any time. However, the new attendee will not be eligible for any airfare benefits, which are not transferable from the original registered attendee.
